What do i get with AwarePlus+?

We get it, ads are annoying, however with AwarePlus+ you get an ad-free experience. Along with other features such as notifications for events near your device and set home location, such as community posts, power outages and more. You can set the radius of your notifications for your device and home, as well as customise what notifications you receive.

How do I change my Awaremate email/password?

For ease of use and for the best experience, we only use Google and Apple authentication for sign-in. If you would like to change your account email or password, you will need to do this through Google or Apple.

What devices are compatible with Awaremate?

Awaremate is compatible with iOS devices running iOS 13.0 or later, and Android devices running Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) or later. A stable internet connection is also required for full functionality.

How do I manage my Awaremate notification settings?

You can manage your notification preferences within the Awaremate app. Navigate to Settings > Notifications, where you can customize which alerts you receive and how they are delivered.

Is my data private in Awaremate?

We take your privacy seriously. Awaremate uses encryption to protect your data, and we never share your personal information with third parties without your consent. You can review our Privacy Policy for more details.

How do I delete my Awaremate account?

To delete your account, you will need to contact our support team using the form below. Please note that account's that are restricted/suspended cannot be deleted.

Awaremate is a location-based app. In order to provide you with the best experience, we need to access your location.
